Working Fire Pizza is a mobile pizzeria, delivering fresh artisan style pizza cooked in our mobile wood fired brick oven. Yes, you read that correctly. A mobile wood fired brick oven that travels to cater pizza at public and private events. We bring the whole pizzeria; refrigeration unit, prep area, and a 800 degree OVEN to your next event.

All of our products are locally sourced and hand selected in order for us to provide the best quality pizza possible. The secret to our success is the crust! We hand toss and brick fire the dough creating a light, crisp, thin crust pizza. We believe this amazing crust matched with our robust pizza sauce and blend of four cheeses are the perfect foundation for a truly amazing pie. All of our toppings have been painstakingly selected to create an unbelievable pizza. Yes, pizza is hard work, but someone has to do it.
